The mission was to clean up trash along the roadway between the railroad tracks and the parking lot at the Highland Park Road entrance to the refuge. The participants were Kaj Eckhardt, Japheth Eckhardt, Michael Dare, Laura Dare, and Samual Rowan. All aluminum found was taken to be recycled. This service project will be used by some of the boys to fulfill a requirement for the US Heritage Award.
