Tipisa Native American Weekend

On February 6th, 2010, several of the Troop and Pack 804 members attended the second annual Tipisa Native American Weekend (TNAW), hosted by the Order of the Arrow, Tipisa Lodge.

This year’s event was an enormous success, and it has been said that it was the largest OA gathering east of the Mississippi River EVER! There were over 1000 people in attendance. The boys enjoyed Pottery, beading, learning Indian history, watching dances, and viewing the great array of colorful costumes.
